Key Responsibilities

•Lead and facilitate L’Atelier creative workshops across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China.
•Partner with the sales team to design and pitch high-performing campaign responses tailored to client objectives.
•Manage and mentor one Designer to foster local creative excellence.
•Translate client briefs and KPIs into compelling mobile-first video and display creative solutions.
•Collaborate with APAC cross-functional teams to unlock brand assets and support regional revenue growth.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Creative Strategy, or related field.
•Proven experience in a digital or creative role, including guiding and managing talent.
•Fluency in English and Mandarin for cross-regional collaboration.
•Ability to translate brief objectives and client KPIs into compelling mobile-first video and display creative solutions.
•Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and PowerPoint for client pitches.
