Job Summary

Lead Honeywell’s HSE program for an LNG Heat Exchangers manufacturing plant in Palmetto, FL. You’ll drive a strong safety culture, oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance, coordinate risk assessments, audits, JSAs, and training, and support incident investigations using root cause analysis. Partner closely with plant leaders and production teams to deploy HSE strategies, manage actions to closure in the HSE management system (MST), and identify HSE improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Plant’s HSE team by prioritizing daily deliverables, delegating work, and driving accountability in a fast-paced environment.
•Develop, implement, and execute Honeywell Process Technology HSE strategies and programs to meet business goals.
•Partner with Plant leaders to promote, maintain, and continuously improve the Safety Culture.
•Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory HSE requirements, permits, certifications, and manage risk assessments, safety audits, Safe Work Procedures, and JSAs.
•Lead and support incident investigations using Root Cause Analysis, track actions to closure in the HSE Management System (MST), and coordinate HSE training and related projects.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of HSE experience with emphasis on industrial safety and a track record leading successful HSE programs and improving safety culture.
•In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices applicable to a manufacturing/industrial environment.
•Proven ability to collaborate with Production teams to improve safety culture.
•Strong project management and written/oral communication skills, including building consensus with key stakeholders.
•Experience in environmental management and compliance (air, water, waste) and incident investigation/reporting with continuous improvement mindset.
