Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and project stakeholders.
  • •Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies.
  • •Monitor, forecast, and report project costs through to completion in line with budget.
  • •Proactively manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applications.
  • •Collaborate to support programme performance, cost control, value engineering, manage contract change, and negotiate final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven cost/commercial management experience across major programmes and projects.
  • •Preferably MRICS.
  • •Experience working with NEC3 contracts, in particular Option C – Target Cost.
  • •Post-contract administration experience.
  • •Experience leading and managing teams on infrastructure projects (rail, air, marine/ports, utilities, highways).
