Associate Cost Manager

Manage cost and commercial activities for infrastructure projects by building strong client and contractor relationships and administering relevant contracts. Own project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion, including managing cost variance, contract cash flow, and contract change within governance. Collaborate across teams to support KPIs, cost control, and value engineering, and ensure final accounts are negotiated and agreed.
