Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the main technical voice for 1–5 clients, working with the Account Executive to drive technical success.
  • •Lead customers through transformational journeys to evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.
  • •Implement and align technical strategy within the account with close understanding of the overall approach.
  • •Build a movement of technical champions inside customer accounts and align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
  • •Provide structured mentorship to other team members while coordinating proofs of concept with hands-on resources.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in very large retail and CPG-related organizations (>$1m ARR).
  • •4+ years in a pre-sales capacity or supporting sales activity.
  • •Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud, with the ability to drive data-driven business transformation.
  • •4+ years of experience designing and implementing big data technologies such as Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, and OLAP, or full lifecycle data science solutions.
  • •Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
