Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify systemic security risks across applications, on-prem infrastructure, cloud environments, internal platforms, and software development processes.
  • •Perform security architecture reviews for existing and new systems.
  • •Work with engineering teams to identify security weaknesses early in the software development lifecycle and design practical fixes.
  • •Partner with the SOC to improve detection capabilities by analyzing attack patterns and incidents and translating findings into better controls and tooling.
  • •Define and evolve technical security standards, engineering guidelines, reference architectures, and reusable automation for engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in security engineering, software engineering, infrastructure security, product security, or closely related technical roles.
  • •Hands-on security engineering experience designing security controls for production environments.
  • •Experience performing security architecture reviews, threat modeling, and technical security assessments.
  • •Strong understanding of application, infrastructure, and network security (including authentication/authorization and common attack techniques).
  • •Good understanding of Linux, containers, Kubernetes, networking, and modern distributed systems, plus programming/scripting experience in a general-purpose language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, or C++).
