Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct a structured assessment of Identity and Access Management capabilities across multiple ICBC Standard Bank entities.
  • •Assess maturity across people, process, and technology domains and map IDAM architecture with dependencies.
  • •Review existing High-Level Design (HLD) documents, operational runbooks, and SOPs.
  • •Evaluate authentication models, identity stores, lifecycle processes, provisioning flows, and integrations; analyze identity journeys including onboarding, access requests, authentication, authorization, and offboarding.
  • •Define vendor-neutral target-state IAM architecture and operating model, and develop a multi-year IAM transformation roadmap with executive deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •18+ years of experience in cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IDAM).
  • •Lead IAM assessments, architecture reviews, and transformation programs.
  • •Deep expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • •Strong understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) plus MFA, SSO, Federation, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • •Experience with enterprise IAM security environments, including Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, and LDAP.
