Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain software features and product improvements for backend services.
  • •Contribute to distributed, highly available microservice architectures.
  • •Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design discussions, code reviews, and testing.
  • •Improve system performance, reliability, and observability by identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • •Collaborate with engineers, product management, and SRE/DevOps teams, including incident resolution and postmortems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •3+ years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent internship/project experience).
  • •Foundational knowledge of backend development and production environments.
  • •Solid understanding of software development and architecture concepts, with willingness to learn new technologies.
  • •Familiarity with backend ecosystem tools/frameworks such as Java, Node.js/JavaScript, or Python; experience with Git, CI/CD, and persistence technologies is a plus.
