Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and complete warehouse pullsheets, ensuring accuracy, organization, and load-out readiness.
  • •Maintain an accurate, up-to-date inventory tracking system for Elevated Experiences inventory.
  • •Collaborate with show leads, managers, and project managers to identify damaged, missing, or unusable inventory and escalate for repair, replacement, or disposal.
  • •Track inventory throughout the event lifecycle including pre-show pulls, on-site arrival, daily counts, load-out, and warehouse return.
  • •Coordinate trucking, logistics, and scheduling for transport of inventory to and from shows, including manifests and on-time delivery.

Salary: USD 18 - 23 hourly
