Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the CMO and senior leadership to shape the company narrative into a consistent global communications agenda.
  • •Build executive communications platforms for the CEO and senior leaders to sharpen and deliver their points of view.
  • •Lead MongoDB’s presence across traditional media, technical media, social, influencers, creators, podcasts, and newsletters—maintaining key relationships.
  • •Develop strategic industry analyst relationships and guide how MongoDB’s position is understood by the market.
  • •Own major company moments (launches, keynotes, earnings, partnerships, competitive and reputation issues) and lead a global communications team.
