Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with raw material vendors to resolve quality issues and drive improvements.
  • •Provide internal production quality support for issue resolution, product quality/risk assessment, and product disposition.
  • •Provide plant quality support and representation in new product development, spec reviews/approvals, scale up, design transfer, and facility validation.
  • •Maintain and evaluate the site corrective action program, issuing/evaluating/completing corrective actions and driving step-change improvements in CAPA.
  • •Drive improvements to the quality system, supporting document control, calibration, non-conforming material, deviations, and supplier quality processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a technical field with 1+ years of experience in Quality or similar fields; or no bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of applicable experience.
  • •Solid statistical background, with Minitab knowledge preferred.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation skills.
  • •Ability to work across various functions and levels in a team-based environment, encouraging open communication.
  • •Strong customer service and quality focus, able to identify root causes, handle multiple responsibilities with minimal direction, and take initiative.
