Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operational HR support to employees and managers across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Manage HR cases through ServiceNow and coordinate onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities.
  • •Support time & absence, benefits, pension, and separation processes.
  • •Execute HR transactions in Workday and payroll systems; prepare employment documentation, certificates, and HR reports.
  • •Maintain accurate employee data and personnel files, perform data checks/audits, and ensure compliance with local employment legislation while improving HR processes.

Key Requirements
