Production Operator

Operate extrusion equipment to manufacture blown plastic packaging film according to production specifications. Set up and adjust controls to manage vacuum, air pressure, sizing rings, and temperature, and synchronize extrusion speed with pulling rolls. Inspect output for defects and measure key dimensions using gauges, then reel and package finished rolls while completing production documentation in the system.
