Job Summary

Implement Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) frameworks for the Maritime & Shipping Cluster, aligning cluster policies and controls with AD Ports Group standards. Lead governance structures, delegation of authority, risk management, internal controls, and compliance programs tailored to cluster industries and regulatory needs. Serve as the GRC focal point for cluster and subsidiary management, monitor emerging GRC trends, and collaborate with the GRC director and Corporate GRC to integrate cluster initiatives with group objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement the Maritime & Shipping Governance Framework and ensure the cluster aligns with group GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures, adapted to cluster industries, activities, and regulatory requirements.
•Support and implement governance structures, delegation of authority, risk management, internal control, and compliance mechanisms across the cluster and its subsidiaries.
•Serve as the GRC focal point for the Maritime & Shipping cluster and subsidiaries management, ensuring adherence to corporate and cluster policies and ethical business practices.
•Monitor emerging GRC trends and regulatory changes, proactively adapting strategies to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
•Collaborate with the Maritime & Shipping cluster and subsidiaries management to identify governance improvement areas and integrate cluster GRC initiatives with group-wide objectives with the GRC director and Corporate GRC function.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Audit, Finance, Risk Management, Management or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
•Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CISA, CFE, CCP, GRC or equivalent in GRC, Risk Management, or Compliance.
•Minimum of 10 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance roles or a similar field.
•Cluster’s industries-specific experience is required.
•Proficiency in GRC methodologies, tools, and best practices; strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across all organizational levels.
