Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll HR processing team; assign tasks, monitor workload, and conduct performance reviews.
  • •Oversee timely and accurate payroll processing for multiple countries, serving as final reviewer for payroll inputs shared with Finance.
  • •Ensure adherence to internal process guidelines and maintain compliance through collaboration with local payroll vendors and finance teams.
  • •Develop, update, and enforce payroll policies and implement best practices and automation to streamline payroll operations.
  • •Maintain payroll data accuracy, generate payroll reports, manage reconciliation and audits, and act as an escalation point for payroll-related employee complaints.

Key Requirements
