Payroll Manager - Human Resource

Lead end-to-end payroll operations as an HR Manager, overseeing accurate processing for multi-country payroll and acting as final reviewer for payroll inputs shared with Finance. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal process guidelines, and audit requirements through regular reconciliation of Workday and payroll records. Develop and implement payroll policies, manage payroll vendor integrations with HRSM, and generate payroll reports while maintaining confidentiality and handling employee payroll escalations.
