Job Summary

Lead Agile-driven HR project teams within the PMO, shaping AI-enabled people practices through iterative delivery and continuous improvement. Own sprint ceremonies, backlog management, and roadmap execution for AI innovation initiatives. Partner with HR leadership and IT to scope and prioritize AI opportunities, translating requirements into milestones and deliverables. Provide transparent portfolio status reporting, manage governance/quality and change requests, and champion Agile tooling across cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, sprint reviews) for AI Innovation HR project teams.
•Manage product/project backlogs and apply Agile/Scrum to plan, execute, and deliver AI-focused HR projects.
•Partner with HR leadership and IT to identify, scope, and prioritize AI innovation opportunities within HR functions.
•Establish stakeholder communication cadences, dashboards, and provide transparent status reporting on AI project portfolio performance.
•Implement governance and quality practices for AI delivery, manage change requests and budgets, and drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and post-mortems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree; equivalent experience considered in lieu of higher education.
•4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects (ideally HR-related).
•Demonstrated experience managing technology or AI-related projects in a corporate environment.
•Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification (preferred).
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication for non-technical HR audiences.
