Oversee prepared foods production on the 3rd shift by maintaining high production, quality, and yield while ensuring a safe working environment. Lead line staffing and workstation rotation, monitor daily production orders for accurate shipments and record keeping, and ensure equipment performance and USDA inspection pass. Manage processing operations, coordinate with other supervisors to solve problems, and drive continuous quality education and safety improvements.

•Ensure all workstations are staffed before start-up and that machinery and line stations have passed USDA inspection.
•Promote safety daily, including participation in monthly safety meetings.
•Oversee processing operations and work with other supervisors to solve problems, providing continuous education on quality as needed.
