Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support hire-to-retire projects and programs (e.g., Global Time & Attendance and Benefits), including BRD review, UAT, change management, and stakeholder communications.
  • •Deliver frontline employee support and case management across benefits, time off, and LOA, acting as a first point of contact for HR inquiries.
  • •Serve as subject matter expert on leave policies and regulations, interpreting Salesforce practices and providing expert guidance for complex leave scenarios.
  • •Partner to implement operational and employee experience improvements using AI, automation, RPA, and data-driven insights.
  • •Develop, maintain, and audit end-to-end SOPs and process maps with cross-functional stakeholders to standardize compliant global operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Project management experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including leave management and LOA administration/vendor management.
  • •Experience supporting benefits management across LATAM is desirable.
  • •Prior experience in HR operations, shared services, or a centralized HR function preferred.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or spreadsheets; Workday case management experience is highly desirable.
