Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage occupational health appointment recall, scheduling, and record keeping in line with policies and procedures.
  • •Advise the workforce on the necessity of attending occupational health appointments and support compliance with risk-assessed requirements.
  • •Handle medical booking queries for stakeholders via telephone, email, and face-to-face, ensuring timely responses.
  • •Liaise with Wood’s Occupational Health Provider and record occupational health data securely on Wood and provider systems.
  • •Monitor open case management through to resolution, escalate process issues as needed, and produce scheduled or ad-hoc reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree-level qualification desirable, but relevant experience is accepted.
  • •Occupational health or coordination experience is desirable.
  • •Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with varied stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency in Outlook and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience using a Medical Certificate Management System desirable.
  • •Ability to deliver accurate, efficient service under constant deadlines and maintain diligent record keeping.
