Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis and turn complex operating data into actionable insights.
  • •Develop and report financial forecasts for the enterprise real estate footprint, highlighting long-term impacts of geographic strategy.
  • •Partner with leadership and business teams to assess the financial implications of real estate investments.
  • •Serve as a strategic advisor to business partners by challenging assumptions, managing cost drivers, and optimizing resource allocation.

Salary: USD 138,100 - 157,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, accounting, or a combination.
  • •At least 1 year of experience managing an FP&A function.
  • •Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance (preferred).
  • •CFA or CPA license (preferred).
