Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and milestones for construction projects.
  • •Create and manage project schedules using critical path analysis, resource allocation, and task sequencing to ensure timely completion.
  • •Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to allocate resources (labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors) within requirements and budget constraints.
  • •Identify risks and delays, perform delay analysis when required, and implement mitigation strategies and corrective actions.
  • •Implement quality assurance processes, maintain project documentation (plans, schedules, reports, change orders, minutes), and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, codes, permits, and HSE initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of working experience with 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, plus 2 years GCC experience (a plus).
  • •Advanced understanding of project management principles and methodologies to develop and oversee comprehensive construction project plans.
  • •Strong leadership and team management skills to lead planning and project teams.
  • •Excellent analytical skills to assess requirements, dependencies, and create realistic timelines using planning/scheduling tools.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills; ability to use project scheduling software for detailed schedules and tracking.
