Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect internally available data and support project execution as needed.
  • •Support client discussions by defining criteria for FF&E design, including budgets and preferences.
  • •Develop FF&E design sketches, prepare paint and fabric samples, and create color palettes.
  • •Estimate material requirements and costs for non-complex FF&E design options and refine designs into preliminary and detailed deliverables under supervision.
  • •Support coordination with other design disciplines and assist with reviews, approvals, quality control, and resolving FF&E design conflicts during supervision.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • •4+ years of industry experience in FF&E.
  • •Graphic skills from hand sketching to 3D animation.
  • •Knowledge of 3D modeling software such as 3D Studio Max and Viz 2006.
  • •Knowledge of design software such as Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and InDesign.
