Lead investigations for payment-related queries, including return of funds, Unable to apply, amendments, BCNR, recall, and OFAC/FATF-related cases. Ensure timely responses to all messages according to SLA, prioritize sensitive items, and coordinate with other banks, operations teams, business lines, and the customer service desk to close cases. Analyze recurring query patterns and work with the Operations manager to recommend process improvements and manage investigations against agreed metrics.
