Trainer: Turn Your Experience Into Real Influence — Fulton, MS

Lead new-hire orientation and deliver hands-on training for associates at the Fulton Distribution Center across all departments. Teach and reinforce warehouse safety requirements, provide one-on-one coaching on job tasks and WMS processes, and audit training alignment with SOPs and standards. Manage Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) training (initial, recertification, and accident retraining) and keep safety certifications current through refresher training. Partner with the GM and department leaders to improve how the team learns, grows, and stays safe.
