Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead demand planning activities for Sephora Collection to balance service levels, cash, and warehouse costs.
  • •Review and integrate sales forecasts across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand using targets, financial planning, store openings, launch pipelines, and product lifecycle.
  • •Collaborate with Merchandising to forecast active/new launches and align on new launch forecast assumptions and numbers.
  • •Perform monthly root-cause analysis on forecast inaccuracy to refine forecasting models and methodologies, and ensure local knowledge is incorporated.
  • •Define and implement action plans to improve planning processes, methods, and analytical tools while coordinating in S&OP and monitoring supply chain risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or Supply Chain.
  • •3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in FMCG.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to draw conclusions and recommend actions from data.
  • •Experience with SAP systems (preferred).
  • •Ability to embrace new ideas and drive continuous improvement by challenging status quo.
