Coordinate rental operations and support customers end-to-end by responding to inbound leads, guiding them through the EquipmentShare rental process, and resolving inquiries and requests. Build and nurture relationships with contractors and construction principals, educate customers on how EquipmentShare helps them save and operate more efficiently, and expand the customer base. Use the proprietary T3 technology to stay current on equipment information so each customer receives the right equipment at the right time.
