Assess customer banking needs, gather and process account information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to individual goals. Maintain knowledge of banking and digital/self-service products, provide an optimal client experience, and support branch partners. Open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications while delivering operational excellence and accuracy.
