Production Planning Manager

Own production planning and resource management for a poultry production plant, driving cost reduction, line efficiency, and order fulfillment. Create production schedules twice daily based on operational capabilities, meet customer needs, and reconcile inventory daily to prevent waste or spoilage. Collaborate with sales and operations through daily meetings, update sales forecasts using bird weight and head kill data, and advise teams on available-to-sell volumes.
