Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and repair laboratory equipment, execute preventative maintenance programs, and improve maintenance procedures to minimize downtime.
  • •Manage asset registry and documentation, update equipment layouts and utility matrices, and track maintenance history and performance metrics.
  • •Support utilities and infrastructure including gas, vacuum, cooling water, exhaust, and instrumentation systems; assist with capacity planning and infrastructure constraints.
  • •Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and startup activities, coordinating utility hookups and infrastructure upgrades.
  • •Provide automation and controls support, wiring, sensor installation, and field troubleshooting to integrate equipment with control systems.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in laboratory operations, manufacturing, semiconductor, chemical processing, pilot plant, industrial maintenance, or a related environment
  • •Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, mechanical drawings, electrical wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
  • •Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • •An associate degree, technical certification, military technical training, trade apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • •Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with shifting priorities
