Key Responsibilities

  • •Design AI-driven features or products end-to-end across user experience, from discovery to delivery.
  • •Shape experiences that incorporate machine learning, generative AI, or automation.
  • •Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, human-centered interactions with defined automation and oversight levels.
  • •Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to define feasible, responsible solutions and interaction patterns for explainability and feedback.
  • •Contribute to experimentation and evaluation frameworks and share scalable design patterns and best practices across the team.

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years product design experience, including AI-enabled products or services.
  • •Experience designing conversational, adaptive, or predictive interfaces and intelligent automation.
  • •Demonstrated ability to design for machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation.
  • •Strong UX and interaction design fundamentals with the ability to prototype complex interactions and flows (e.g., using Figma).
  • •Comfort working in agile, cross-functional squads and collaborating closely with Engineers and Data Scientists.
