Operations Manager - Riverside

Supervise daily operations in Carvana’s inspection/reconditioning center, leading a team of leads and front-line associates. Drive continuous improvement and maintain quality, production, and cost objectives in a lean manufacturing environment. Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports through performance management, training, and succession planning, while ensuring compliance with operating standards, health & safety, and loss prevention. Recruit, orient, and certify staff and guide production planning to meet capacity targets.
