Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery of complex, scalable AI solutions for strategic Salesforce clients—personally coding critical components, configuring systems, and resolving issues. Design and implement LLM- and Agentforce-based intelligent agents and automated workflows on the Salesforce platform. Take full responsibility for data modeling, processing, and integrations to ensure secure, optimized readiness for AI applications. Lead technical discussions, mentor junior engineers, and prototype quickly while representing the voice of the customer.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver end-to-end technical implementation of complex AI solutions, writing critical code, configuring systems, troubleshooting, and guiding junior team members.
•Design, develop, and implement production-grade AI and LLM-based agents and automated workflows on the Salesforce platform.
•Work with customers to build bespoke intelligent agents that meet business requirements and integrate with customer ecosystems.
•Own the end-to-end data lifecycle, including data modeling, processing pipelines, and integration strategies for secure, optimized AI readiness.
•Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, perform deep-dive debugging and root-cause analysis, and rapidly prototype proofs of concept and MVPs.

Key Requirements

•Experience delivering end-to-end, high-quality, scalable production solutions in a professional environment.
•Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
•Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, Java, Python, and Apex.
•Extensive hands-on experience building and deploying AI/LLM solutions, including LLM integration, AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks.
•Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics, with experience in enterprise data platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) and direct Salesforce platform experience (configuration/customization and complex development).
