Job Summary

Drive the deployment and adoption of advanced manufacturing and Industry 4.0 solutions that improve operational performance, product quality, and productivity. Lead cross-functional implementation efforts across MES, automation, and OT/IT integration, configuring and supporting integrations with manufacturing systems. Own delivery from kickoff through go-live and adoption, develop scalable implementation playbooks, and ensure compliance with safety and OT cybersecurity expectations while partnering with customers and internal stakeholders.

•Lead continuous improvement initiatives using manufacturing data, metrics, and root-cause analysis to implement corrective actions.
•Own implementation delivery from kickoff through testing, go-live, adoption, handoff, and long-term success across multiple sites.
•Configure, onboard, test, and support integrations with PLCs, SCADA, historians, MES platforms, ERP systems, and related manufacturing technologies.
•Build scalable implementation methods and playbooks, and lead/coach team members while ensuring safety, industry standards, and OT cybersecurity compliance.
