Key Responsibilities

  • •Open and manage claims, reviewing and processing them per agreed TAT.
  • •Conduct technical review and plausibility checks, consulting external experts when needed.
  • •Correspond with dealerships, clients, and external experts.
  • •Receive, review invoices, and prepare them for payment.
  • •Ensure customer grievances are addressed with top priority and resolved within the set TAT.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in one of the required language combinations: German & French (DE-FR), German & Italian (DE-IT), English & Italian (EN-IT), or English & French (EN-FR).
  • •Degree/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical engineering (or similar) is preferred.
  • •Technician/Automobile/Mechanical background with commercial understanding.
  • •Previous experience with motor extended warranty claims, insurance and/or assistance market, and network expansion/management of direct or indirect teams.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; flexible and adaptable to change.
