Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute a multi-year product and engineering roadmap across Finance, HR, and Legal, aligning investments to business outcomes.
  • •Partner with C-level executives (CFO, HR, Legal) to challenge current processes and redesign future-state operating models.
  • •Deliver production-grade agents and AI-native workflows using trusted context, enterprise tools, exception handling, and auditable escalations.
  • •Establish AI product architecture and engineering standards (orchestration, context retrieval, tool integration, safety, compliance, latency, and cost) and reusable AI patterns for fast deployment.
  • •Lead cross-functional product pods, define transformation metrics and governance (including SOX, data privacy, and security), and hire, mentor, and scale the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 320,000 - 460,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years in enterprise technology, product management, or software engineering, with 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary organizations at the Director level or above.
  • •Proven record building and scaling software-defined products and AI-native workflows in production with measurable business impact.
  • •Strong technical grounding in modern AI architectures including LLM/agent patterns, orchestration, tools, and evaluation; experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake.
  • •First-principles product mindset focused on simplifying workflows, rapid prototyping, outcome ownership, and user-centric design.
  • •Deep knowledge of compliance, audit, SOX controls, data governance, and responsible AI practices, plus a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent experience.
