Job Summary

Provide 24/7 aftermarket technical support to airline customers for in-service issues related to nacelle structures and ATA specifications. Assess customer requirements, review maintenance documentation and engineering drawings, and help investigate discrepancies to return aircraft to revenue service. Negotiate delivery expectations, resolve customer concerns, and develop customer correspondence while ensuring compliance with export control and company/aftermarket procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Assess airlines’ unique in-service requirements and provide technical and informational support.
•Review maintenance documentation and engineering drawings/installations to resolve customer questions and identify solutions.
•Assist investigations of problems and provide engineering dispositions of discrepancies to return airplanes to revenue service.
•Develop customer correspondence to support continued safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
•Ensure compliance with aftermarket procedures, company policies, and export requirements including US export control requirements.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace, or Aeronautics.
•Full-time recognized Bachelor of Engineering (4 years) with 7 to 10 years of related experience in similar roles.
•Experience supporting end users in an aftermarket customer service role.
•Functional knowledge of Nacelle Systems and components across civil aircraft programs.
•Working knowledge of CRM systems such as MS Dynamics.
