Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Digital Transformation Advisory & Workflow Improvement by assessing current India workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and guiding digitization initiatives using Salesforce, Power BI, and Snowflake architecture
  • •Lead or co-lead digitization projects from scoping to implementation, ensuring local adoption and alignment with policies and best practices
  • •Develop business cases for new digital investments and maintain a living transformation roadmap for India
  • •Coach and empower India team members to adopt AI tools responsibly, producing India-specific training resources and guidance
  • •Serve as the primary connector between India and global functions on digitization efforts, representing India needs in global forums and planning processes

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (information systems, computer science, business administration, social sciences)
  • •7–10 years of professional experience in digital transformation, technology advisory, or change management
  • •Hands-on experience with two or more of Salesforce, Power BI, Snowflake, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or comparable AI tools
  • •Experience designing and delivering digital upskilling or coaching programmes for non-technical audiences
  • •Experience working in India or with India-centric operations; willingness to relocate to Delhi preferred
