Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform inspections and testing on in-process and finished goods and verify quality through regular quality checks.
  • •Support safety on shift by following safety procedures, reporting hazards, participating in safety programs, and entering near-miss data.
  • •Conduct pallet audits and perform required physical and analytical tests (including lab measurements) for customer and product specifications.
  • •Input and provide test results in designated databases and ensure lab test equipment is functioning and properly used.
  • •Create and print labels as applicable, report quality deficiencies to the appropriate leaders, and support training and employee teams addressing quality and production issues.
