The EDD Analyst will perform customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence reviews for higher-risk bank customers across retail banking, commercial lending, prepaid/issuing programs, and BaaS partnerships. You’ll gather information from open sources, analyze transactions, document findings, and escalate red flags in accordance with BSA/AML regulatory requirements, supporting audits and regulatory reviews in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

•Complete EDD reviews for assigned periodic and event-driven alerts within established procedures
•Conduct open-source data searches to gather information about customers, business partners, owners, and connected parties
•Analyze transactional data to identify red flags or inconsistencies
•Organize information into a clear evaluation and recommended actions
•Prepare detailed customer narratives understandable by testers, auditors, or regulators
