Job Summary

Own customer projects for enterprise accounts by developing a deep understanding of the InEvent platform and advising clients on the best path for their project needs. Triage and improve the customer experience, drive upselling and increased product usage, and identify optimizations within Customer Success initiatives. Mentor and coach Customer Success trainers while building strong, communicative relationships and using CRM tools to support retention and continuous adoption.

•Maintain a detailed understanding of the InEvent platform and services to answer client questions and recommend solutions for projects.
•Review client concerns to improve the overall customer experience and drive continuous value.
•Promote the value of the platform and support upselling through the customer/client experience.
•Grow and expand customers’ platform usage within their organization and suggest optimizations to existing processes.
•Mentor and coach Customer Success trainers on the largest enterprise accounts in your portfolio.
