Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop timely and accurate plans for finished products and short-term finished goods availability within the 0–3 months horizon.
  • •Manage short-term exceptions by collaborating across the Eaton network and with external vendors to identify root causes and drive corrective/preventative actions.
  • •Create and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and coordinate CoE resources (buyers, planners, production schedulers) to deliver the MPS plan.
  • •Interface with operations to drive schedule adherence through weekly cadence and monitor KPIs to improve cash, cost, and customer service results.
  • •Act as primary point of contact for product availability in the value stream; monitor on-time service level and inventory exceptions, address/escalate capacity shortages, and update ERP planning parameters as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
  • •2-3 years in a supply chain leadership-related role such as Materials Management, inventory management, production planning, or SIOP.
  • •Deep understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, SIOP, materials management, demand planning/forecasting, end-to-end planning, master production scheduling, capacity analysis, and inventory management.
  • •Working understanding of MRP area.
  • •Advanced English; SAP experience is a plus; CPIM certification and manufacturing background are a plus.
