Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end performance of OKX’s chatbot ecosystem across all markets and drive improvements in resolution rate, containment/deflection, and response quality.
•Define and implement global performance standards and benchmarks for bot intelligence across the organization.
•Lead the transition from post-deployment stabilization to continuous optimization at scale, ensuring AI capabilities are integrated with product and engineering roadmaps.
•Foster cross-functional partnerships with AI/Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams to translate data-driven insights into technical requirements and architectural decisions.
•Build and mentor high-performing AI-native teams, including Bot Operations Specialists and Annotators, to sustain capability growth and knowledge management.
