Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure branch goals are met by providing excellent customer service and a team-building atmosphere in the absence of the Banking Center Manager.
  • •Promote and cross-sell bank products and services while assisting customers with selecting solutions to meet financial needs.
  • •Perform banking center activities including opening new accounts, safe deposit duties, stop payment requests, check recorders, and wire transfer requests.
  • •Monitor operational controls: cash limits for tellers/vault/ATM, ensure ATM balancing and proper cash supply, and review deposit account exceptions and NSF/overdraft reports within approved limits.
  • •Ensure compliance with BSA/AML/CFT and sanctions requirements, including timely completion of assigned training and monitoring required reports (MIL/CTR) for accurate and timely completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
  • •Minimum three years of related experience in a financial institution, with at least two years of supervisory experience.
  • •Thorough knowledge of bank services and products.
  • •Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements, including branch functions, policies, and procedures.
  • •Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills, with attention to detail and ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
