Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee all store related operations from inventory management to IT systems to customer flows and product training, as well as all internal team related responsibilities.
  • •Lead team planning and recruitment to build a high-performing store team, including scheduling, feedback, and optimizing operation standards.
  • •Drive delivery of key KPIs based on retail priorities (in-store traffic, UPT, conversion rate, top sales assortment, inventory plan) and land new operation projects in stores.
  • •Contribute to learning and development programs and provide on-the-job coaching and training as needed.
  • •Lead meetings to deepen team understanding of their work, improve performance, and participate in cross-functional discussions.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years’ experience in a customer-oriented setting with managerial responsibilities
  • •Native Chinese speaker with ability to read and write in English fluently
  • •Able to work on weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
  • •Strong interpersonal, hospitality and communication skills; collaborative team player
  • •Retail operational experience in the sports or fashion industry is a strong plus
