Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively build and maintain pipelines for technical and customer-facing field roles across multiple markets.
  • •Conduct structured, competency-based phone screens and present vetted candidates with clear summaries and recommendations.
  • •Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while monitoring funnel metrics and escalating risks when pipeline gaps emerge.
  • •Coordinate interview scheduling and handoffs in partnership with recruiting support teams and ensure candidate movement aligns with SLAs.
