Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand P&G Grooming and Oral Care business objectives, category, marketplace, and competitors to drive improved in-store availability.
  • •Develop working relationships with Regional Availability leadership and execute solutions to improve POS, in-stock, open sales, and display compliance at target stores.
  • •Take ownership of all stores in the allocated territory and prioritize stores based on greatest opportunities.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with department, store, and zone management to align on display and checkout distribution and improve in-stock fundamentals.
  • •Use the in-store acceleration toolkit with store decision makers, engage/train relevant contacts, and post daily/weekly execution updates via Microsoft Teams/Engage while capturing feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (college diploma or higher education is an asset).
  • •5+ years of relevant retail experience.
  • •Located in or willing to self-relocate to the territory (Edmonton and surrounding areas); relocation support is not available.
  • •Valid driver’s license and a suitable vehicle for business travel.
  • •Proficiency using laptop/mobile technology (Microsoft Word, Excel) and ability to perform physical store tasks (including lifting up to 50 lbs) and travel about 30% of the day.
