Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily wafer fabrication operations to meet output, cycle time, and delivery targets.
  • •Manage and develop production teams in a cleanroom environment and enforce shift execution discipline.
  • •Monitor and drive manufacturing KPIs including WIP, cycle time, OEE, and tool utilization.
  • •Partner with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, and Yield teams on process control, excursion handling, and root cause analysis.
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma concepts preferred) while ensuring safety, quality, and fab operating standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (IE, planning, EE, Materials, Chemical, Physics, etc.).
  • •6+ years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication (frontend).
  • •2+ years of team leadership experience (Supervisor / Shift lead).
  • •Strong understanding of wafer process flow (Litho, Etch, Thin Film, Diffusion, CMP).
  • •Experience in high-volume manufacturing environment and owning WIP, yield, and cycle time.
