Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the Emirates connectivity product strategy, roadmap, and service offerings, including customer value propositions and monetisation strategies while ensuring TDRA compliance.
  • •Identify, engage, and manage suppliers/service partners; oversee connectivity programs from contract signature through deployment and in-service execution.
  • •Define and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensure SLAs are met, and act as the central escalation point for connectivity issues.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering, Service Delivery, and IT on system installations/maintenance, cybersecurity, software upgrades, and digital user experience enhancements.
  • •Manage governance, budget oversight, risk and opportunity management, and mentor a team of engineers; drive AI/ML and next-gen connectivity initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience managing projects, including connectivity and technology management, with senior experience in project execution/management.
  • •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • •Experience in operations management for connectivity and/or digital platforms/software.
  • •Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset, including end-to-end management of connectivity programs and establishing connectivity business models/value propositions.
