Lead Analog Design Engineer

Lead the development of analog and mixed-signal circuits for embedded Flash Memory IP, overseeing design, development, and verification. Drive circuit architecture decisions to optimize performance, power, and area, while addressing scaling, performance, and reliability challenges. Provide technical direction to team members and collaborate cross-functionally across layout, process, test, and product teams. Ensure designs meet specifications, timelines, and quality standards, including robust performance under PVT variations.
