Key Responsibilities

  • •Discovery, understanding and BIM requirements development (OIRs, AIRs, EIRs, PIRs).
  • •BIM implementation strategy and project setup; oversight of BIM execution across programmes.
  • •Project and programme BIM execution; coordinating execution across multiple projects.
  • •BIM information management and supply chain management; ensuring proper data flow and governance.
  • •BIM compliance checking and data verification; leading model assurance activities and reporting risks.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in BIM management in architecture, engineering and construction projects across the entire project lifecycle.
  • •Advanced skills in configuration and management of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • •Advanced-level BIM authoring, validation, and coordination tools including Revit, AECOsim, Navisworks, Vectorworks, BIM Collab, Solibri Model Checker and IFC Checker.
  • •Proficiency in data visualization software such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels; capability to lead and manage BIM teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
