Key Responsibilities

•Drive the full lifecycle of AI initiatives hands-on, from scoping and tool research to solution design, testing, and rollout
•Work across teams to embed AI tools into real business workflows and track measurable outcomes
•Identify blockers early and solve them proactively without waiting to be directed
•Own progress tracking and delivery management for key cross-functional initiatives, keeping milestones and quality on track
•Build lightweight dashboards and reporting to keep leadership informed and decisions moving

Key Requirements

•Fluent in Chinese (written and spoken) at a professional level, as a working requirement for the role
•Bachelor’s degree or above
•Practical experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Midjourney) with specific use cases and outcomes
